I see popehat's in midseason form, and by golly, it's glorious

America is a deeply flawed country. But if you don't know how to love something/someone that is deeply flawed, you're missing something as a human being. It's entirely possible to love this country for the good it is and does and still recognize and commit yourself to fixing its flaws.
