I've seen similar issues arise with terms like "cuntboy" and art depicting pregnant male characters & male characters with vulvas and no other indicators of being trans, and been a bit irked sometimes at how commonly the "vulva + no boobs" combo gets labeled "female" and not even "andromorph"
