Top Racer 2 is the best game on here. This ended up being one of the most disappointing evercade carts for me. It's also the easiest one to point to whenever anyone asks why people associate Piko with low quality games. Because while they have a few gems, they also have... all that other stuff too.

I do put some of the blame on Blaze here as well for thinking that a full collection of sports games was the way to go with this one. Oh well. At least this one isn't going to be too heavily mourned for being a legacy cart.
