Holy smokes, Ben! I'd hate to eat those pies and destroy the amazing artwork that went into them. (Don't get me wrong, I would absolutely eat them, but I would also feel really bad about messing up the art.) You've taken "a feast for the eyes" to another level!

1: I love how the rhubarb’s color variations make for a 3-D effect. (Yes, of course the tart is 3-D to begin with, but work with me here.) 2: OMG I would not be able to do that if you handed me all the perfectly cut pieces and a chart.
Jesus fucking Christ, that's some specifically cut & arranged rhubarb. Did it have some filling under it or something? What did it look like out of the oven? Did it take forever to place? (Don't get me wrong, it is also amazing.)
