Musk was able to do this to Starlink connected Ukrainian marine drones targeting Russian ships crossing into occupied Crimea (and publicly stated he was doing so to prevent StarLink dishes being used for non-peaceful, military weapons), so he could do the same for these drones too, if he wanted to.
