When we moved in to our current place, a dog bed had been in one corner of the bedroom and that had similar... miscellaneous stains...

I'm not 100% surprised at someone leaving a house in this state. (People are shit sometimes) I have to admit to being utterly baffled that a landlord/agent is letting it out to someone new like this. Is there any way we can help?
