I have found most franchise gyms are like this. The 2 best gyms I went to were independent. 1 was 2 guys set up a warehouse so they had people to work out with. Great vibe. Some award winning power lifters and body builders there. Wherever you go, just keep being you. 😉

I’ve been to a couple of gyms with women’s areas. There often as many women in the “men’s” area as in the women’s. These women didn’t care about zones. They were working out hard and they were in the appropriate area for that. I do get why there are areas for women. Creeps suck.
