Those of us who say that are voters — not non-voters. Nobody knows how to get the non-voters to vote or how they would if they did. Most votes are cast by people who vote according to which tribe they are in. They won't change. We lose every time we allow idealism to guide our thinking.

Did you count characters? We are limited. So the space to explain non-voting was going to have to be a different post. I have been trying mostly unsuccessfully to get non-voters involved for decades. Have had some success at getting duopoly voters to exit their tribes. But I wont give up ever
