Personally, I think Pratchett and Adams are fundamentally different, in spite of the outward similarities in their humor. There’s a bland hopelessness throughout (most) of the Hitchhiker series that is very un-Pratchett and I wouldn’t want to mess with. I am, however, fine with space Eurovision
