Everyone loves cat updates ๐ Scout & Moira have been doing really well since losing Musette. Scout has become the biggest pest towards Moira too. She doesn't care about power struggles (or even how to be a cat), so Moira might have ascended the Alpha Throne, but gets knocked over and sat on a LOT ๐
Slowly coming back online again a bit more. Appreciate those who are still following ;) Physical and mental health is key and taken a big priority, sometimes taking a big step back from being online is helpful. I feel like I'm starting to have more to say at least, which is a good sign ๐

I think I've finally turned a corner on this flu. Haven't woken up to a breaking fever for 2 days now, so I'm hoping that's a good sign. Holding a cat still feels like a pallet of bricks and still get tired easily, but otherwise I think I'm on the mend.. I'd BETTER be ๐ค it's been 6wks of this

Amazingly, I was very calm and got to have a few laughs last night at home and felt a bit more in control of how our new 'normal' will look. I was also still in the same clothes I wore to the Dentist on Wednesday until 6am today. Just woke up absolutely gutpunched and feel shaky. Grief is shitty.
we said the eternal goodnight to my old gal Musette today ๐๐ the past few weeks have been an accelerated decline for her dementia and she's been struggling to fight off a cold on top of it all. I know some ppl here enjoy cat updates, I wish this one was happier to report ๐ adopt dont shop ๐ฉท
