I have anxiety, pretty severe anxiety at that. I trick myself into believing that I'm a background character in my friends and family's lives, that one day I'll be dropped once they realize who I "really am". 1/7

So I try to hide all the mental health difficulties I deal with, in hopes that no one finds out who I really am. Because sometimes it truly feels like if people see how emotionally unstable I am, that I'd lose them, because who'd want an unreliable friend? 2/7
