I have seen ZERO examples of ChatGPT making scientific writing better. Good science writing, including in journal articles, presents facts in a logical order that build on each other in a causal way to come to a conclusion. ChatGPT *does not understand* that underlying causality. Don't use it!

Trust me, I'm with you on the general behaviour of public-private partnerships. I'm just saying that in this very specific case and set of circumstances, the Bruce partnership is a superior option to what the alternative would be and is a Good thing based on its own operational record and behaviour
