I generally assume covid especially with the test sensitivity. And you have to swab your throat first, then cheek, then nose when you do the tests. Ontario health website has the updated directions.
We have been so careful and got covid in the summer. There's only so much we can do when other people don't make the effort. Still staying vigilant though.

Have another appt this week. Asked for a referral to a different specialist but it's the same one. I'll be pretty frank and set my expectations.
Even the urologist I went to didn't ask me relevant questions or do any meaningful exams. And 2 years later I'm still symptomatic but worse.
