In my view, any crowded, poorly ventilated space (like gangplanks & planes bf take off) should be considered increase risk of transmission with CO2 levels a good proxy for this risk. After take off is less clear (safer because the airflow/filters have kicked in although not necessarily risk-free).
Air quality not great when boarding & waiting for planes to take off as I am now - youāre breathing a lot of other peopleās exhaled air. As with buses, trams & trains, this is a v good time to wear a respirator mask. Protect yourself & others.
