Should be recent for all labelers. I don't do throttling aside from waiting on signature verification, and when I ingested large or already established labelers, I initially disabled signature verification. Even with intense labelers on the network, my event stream consumers aren't falling behind.

I ingest labels into my own database directly from the labelers' event stream (subscribeLabels). No calls to Bluesky's appview to get label information.

Some extra data, a labeler leaderboard if you will. There are over 10 million labels applied on the network.
