Should be recent for all labelers. I don't do throttling aside from waiting on signature verification, and when I ingested large or already established labelers, I initially disabled signature verification. Even with intense labelers on the network, my event stream consumers aren't falling behind.

I think it would make sense to separate account labels from post labels, because they're getting lost in the crowd now
