Glad you had a nice homecoming event! Is the trip over to Spokane scenic? I like to watch videos of buses/trains in many cities and have seen some cab view videos of beautiful Sounder routes along the Washington coast. Don't think I've watched any east-west intercity from Seattle though.

There's a lot of scenery variety between Seattle and Spokane. Along I-90, you cross over the Cascade range (Twin Peaks country), then you go over the Columbia River, then through a vast amount of farm land, then you get into pine trees and huge volcanic rock outcroppings as you approach Spokane.
