Just this week I bought a massive hunk of ground beef instead of buying fast food to fill a burger craving. It just made more sense to spend like $25 on 5 pounds of meat than $10 on a single burger on it’s own.

The last time I homemade burgers, I think at least half of the patties outweighed a McDonalds burger, bun and all.

There is a local butcher in the area who sells a dozen patties for fifteen dollars, and they are absolutely delicious. McDs ain't got nothing on quality!
