I won't lie, curbside grocery is a godsend because currently my time is more valuable to me at this point but yeah in an ideal world that would mean the number of people hired would go up, but more likely they will ask their current understaffed workforce to pull triple duty.

Is that good? Because while I hate going to the grocery store, I feel like having to pick and hope for all the groceries I need feels MORE STRESSFUL.
