The oldest millennials (me) are older than that

guys in their 30s and 40s i work with are constantly complaining about millenials when they are complaining about trying to hire entry level retail jobs. it's so fun to point that out to them.

Tbf if you remind a lot of millennials that they're the out of touch ones now they also get really mad

Worked with a Boomer guy who complained about millennials to me once. I told him, "You know I'm a millennial." And he said, "Really, you don't seem like it."
