I suppose Manchin's right about the Senate filibuster being the "Holy Grail of democracy," in that it's a myth fabricated long after the fact which contradicts the principles of the thing it's supposedly connected to and which has never served any useful purpose.
I also implore people to sometimes give the benefit of the doubt that many of us don't want to share that content but we're just not as good at catching some of the details. I don't know in my case if it's how I'm visually processing with my autism or something but I do really struggle with it.
That is brilliant
Very excited for pirates 😏
Ooooooo
Love ya babe
Functional political systems are *supposed to be* boring! It should be sewage specialists arguing over what size pipe is most efficient for the city layout! It should be debates over whether to put a mural or a frieze in the new park! “Interesting politics” are when people start dying!
Yeah it is
Yeah... it's hard. But I am around, even if I'm not interacting. And I think this move for my health will make a lot of things in my life easier.
I do, and I absolutely will. I'm doing pretty good (tho still struggling with too many social media apps bc everyone went different directions)
