Just chiming in to say that I love this discussion and I think the shrug emoji is the only correct prediction for how it will play out. Also I would include some consequential examples of how agencies use regulatory power (e.g. Social Security disability determination)

There was a point where I was planning for future eventualities and I did some research focused around “what would I do if both my husband and I needed memory care” and the answer I got was “spend literally everything we have and hope one of us is competent enough to manage the Medicare paperwork.”

That's so many miles!!! But very fun! I'm big on Peloton during the rainy season and bike more outside during the sunny season. But I'm more of a sprinter than a long-distance cycler!
