I'm curious, what would be the cost of replacing gas with electric, relative to the money spent replacing gas lines like normal? I imagine its at least comparable if not cheaper, but it would be interesting to see it put into specifics to see the money saved by this program.

rough numbers something like $17k-$40k (average $30k) per house to replace old gas lines. So that's money that is freed up to use towards retrofits, heat pumps, etc. Still needs to be demonstrated as the program proceeds
