Reita (The devil Frans "works" for) does not care for his accent, so he has learned to mask it. However, it will come out when he's extremely scared or pissed. It's a thick irish accent he inherited from his mother. The more he's worked up, the thicker and more incoherent it becomes.

Frans is very food driven, so if you want anything done, use this against him. It's a trauma response, though, since growing up, food was scarce. Any food, no matter the amount, is far more valuable than any gems to him. Also has a nasty habit of eating too fast due to this. No crumbs left behind.
