An owl once sat in my tree At night when most birds cannot see When the morning sun rose He was found by some crows And their caws caused the owl to flee I can’t remember the author, and I may have it a little off, but I love that poem!
What a BEAUTY!
The crows in my yard demand peanuts. I'm living a Poe nightmare except these Corvids are just hungry jerks.
Not like us
That's gorgeous! This was my GHO sighting a few weeks ago. More expressive, less haunting eyes! bsky.app/profile/deve...
Beautiful
Oh, I love them so much
It’s great how other birds just lose it when an owl is in the neighborhood
We had one in our backyard a couple weeks back. Took the dog out for her evening constitutional and we hear this crazy screeching. Looked up at a sight a lot like yours. I think ours was a juvenile given the racket they were making, drawing all kinds of attention.
