NHS England estimates 2.18 million eligible women have not been screened in the last three years.
First, congratulate yourself on surviving it. Be kind to yourself. Get out into nature, which I find refreshes my mind. Write yourself a list of things you want to achieve each week and tick them off. Reward yourself when you do. I felt like you when my mother died suddenly. Best of luck x
