Where I live, most Advantage Plans are $0 per month & include Part D. There are a couple of PPO Advantage plans that are +/- $40 a month. The Part D costs this article refers to are for the "stand alone" Part D plans that accompany a Supplement/Medigap plan. www.reuters.com/business/hea...
