when I'm reading a book it's like, okay, when is it my turn to talk
lol, so polite. I just start in on those characters, usually admonishing their lack of communication.
i fr be making scenarios and getting angry that the protagonist didn't take my advice.
Exactly what I love about books - the author’s voice and my silent, passive aggressive parallel narration.
This is why I am a part of a book club 😂 I cannot finish a book without talking to someone about it after I finish it
i often WILL get a trashy lil notebook and literally talk over the book with it (with notes) the way i would making riffs watching a tv show or movie lmao
Lol I'm a book nerd myself I love books
When writing (nonfiction), I often find myself writing something like "As we discussed earlier," and I do then often have the thought like, "what the hell am I talking about, 'discussed.' I'm just ranting here."
We are all free to express ourselves, internally ^^
"this isnt just about you, Gordon Ramsay's memoir"
This is an astonishingly common way people experience art.
