This article seems to cover the main thing, but I am sure someone better educated than me could find something better. The main thing is that in some Indigenous cultures, the owl represents death, and that association can be extremely intense.
Traditionally, many Native American tribes believe owls are a symbol of death. But are there other cultural beliefs concerning owls? Do all Native Americans fear them or are they revered by some?
I mean I can kinda see it owls were evolved for near silent hunting are people using owl pictures as a way to be bigoted?
You can't can't share pictures of owls if you are a true ally of Native Americans? They are amazing animals, with silent wings, night vision, 365-degree rotating heads, extra sensitive hearing and unmatched beauty.
Thank you for taking some time to link me to something. 💚
