The idea is simply using a content warning allowing people to avoid the pictures of they want. Literally no different than doing the same thing for pictures of spiders because arachnophobia is so common.

I never said don't share them. I said CW them. Spoiler them. Give people the option to see them or not. That's trivially easy to do.
