Figure he was doing the typical evil wizard thing, turning into a big nasty dragon in order to terrorize the countryside & demand tribute from peasants, only to find he couldn’t go back to normal. Continuing re: "what happened to Hyden's stuff after he got frozen": With no heirs, his estate was carved up and redistributed by the king. After waking up in the present day, he tried to read up on what happened during the 300 yrs he was out. He didn't like what he found.

Someone asked: After Hyden got frozen, did his servants just ransack his manor? Not quite! Once he was in custody, the king's guard just kinda burst in and too over, kicking the staff out. That's not to say that they didn't steal plenty from him while he was still around. #furryart
