Really, don’t you think it should be up to the person as soon as they’re 18? I think it’s a good thing from a bad guy. No one should be changing a kid with surgery until they are not minors and can make the choice to screw up their body all by themselves.

I'm confused, why would he veto a bill and then do the same thing?

DeWine is about to find out the hard way that voters are very, very pissed off about this.
