6/ The installed capacity of #Africa’s#100RE power sector in both scenarios is dominated by solar PV & battery systems. PV single-axis & PV prosumers contribute more than 80% of the electricity generation by 2050 in both scenarios.

7/ The positive impact of bioenergy on the power sector is evident showing reductions by 2050 of 8.6% in total generation, 8.4% in installed capacity, 12.9% in grid utilisation, 10.2% in electricity cost, and 47.1% in storage output.
