Has anyone with ME/CFS, Long Covid or POTS tried the visible wrist band? And if so do you like it?

I’ve been using my Apple Watch with the app TachyMon, and I am so curious about the Visible wrist band.

Me! I have had the armband for about three months. I find it very, very helpful — with one or two exceptions. Great at heartbeat tracking and catching over exertion (especially physical). Good data export for self-reported symptom tracking, etc.

Me! I’ve had it for almost 9 months. It’s really helpful. It does a lot. I’m still discovering new bits for example the ‘trends’ data. Also they update and add to its functionality regularly.

I've had one since April, generally positive feelings about it. It has got overwhelming at some points when I've been stressed and my heart rate has been continuously high and the always on monitoring just emphasised the fact. But then I just take a break for a week or so
