Me! I have had the armband for about three months. I find it very, very helpful — with one or two exceptions. Great at heartbeat tracking and catching over exertion (especially physical). Good data export for self-reported symptom tracking, etc.

That's good. I have a fitbit rn and i mostly use it to track heart rate and sleep. Something made for chronic illness would probably help more than one made for exercise 😅

I find it’s not great at helping me catch cognitive over-exertion or visual stimulation (for me, driving is brutal, but it doesn’t always jack up my heart rate). I think it helps me maintain consistency in tracking symptoms and habits without being obsessive.
