Just simply allowing folks to take the food and supplies is also a tax write off as well as just plain being a decent thing to do for your fellow humans in an incredible time of need
Cops don't have hearts and don't understand plain decency.
but someone's getting something for free, and that just makes them super duper mad for some reason, so they ought to be shot for trying to do it
