Happy Sunday to those who are on Sunday, also happy Monday or any other day you're on.
It's gorgeous. Luna and her dad are out walking. I have coffee and cannabis, my preferred way of starting most days. In a pinch I can do wout the cannabis but since age 18, my move out of my family home, have been dependent on my favorite mug of bean juice w cream and sugar.
I picked our neighborhood for its dog walking abilities/it was a groovy 1970s vibe with lots of mature greenery, transporting me back immediately to late '70s Southern California. The inside of this house was a complete mess, but that's a rental for you. After 18 months it was cleaned up*all new paint etc,. inside and the outside has been an ongoing labour of Love ever since. My biggest love tho is Luna. She literally saved my life*lower's BP. I knew that she would! I researched companion animal dogs. I had a experience too w many breeds. She's a perfect angel / fuzzy blue poodle mix, part Lhasa apso, part ninja cat dog. ❤️

My son mentioned to me recently that Luna is hard to photograph. This is not news, as I in the moment, chose her because she was less-pretty than her adoptive companion, an apricot poodle mix. They agency showed me a blurry video capture of the two girls, barely more than puppies in a backseat car carrier, side by side in transit from New Mexico. Apricot girl had a pink bow in her hair. Luna's coat was overgrown and completely unrecognizable, just looked unkempt. Remembering the old adage, black- colored dogs get left behind UN- adopted from shelters, often destroyed, I chose Luna immediately. (Her temporary name was Roxy at that point) I thought oh my gord I'll never have her on Instagram, and oh well. I bet she's going to be a great dog. And she is, she is the very best dog. A near perfect creature, better than every dog I've ever had in well-behavior. So quiet, people remark upon it! Cat-like qualities in a dog. :-)
