There’s plenty of evidence to support that improving ventilation can improve attendance at work and school, so give it a go. www.newscientist.com/article/2398...#BreatheBetterLiveBetter#WorldVentilateDay#Ventilate#CO2monitor#StayWorking#StayLearning#HealthyHome

Here is a guide from the joint U.K. teaching unions on how to conduct an air audit for the classroom (can also be applied in any room). Teachers please please do not underestimate the impact you can have on your students health by following this guide. neu.org.uk/sites/defaul...
As well as measuring the room, think about the number of occupants and decide how much noise you’re willing to accept. Noisy air filters often get turned off. Models with extras such as ionisers are not recommended as they can release toxic chemicals into the air.

At work or school consider getting a CO2 monitor. If a room has high CO2 levels it’s a clear indication of poor ventilation and action is required - usually opening the windows. Place your monitor away from people, doors and windows for accurate reading.
Have a conversation with your manager, teacher or the people you share your home with. Take a whole house approach to ventilation. Ensure the windows are opened at least once per day, especially when cooking. t.co/D336ek1W2s
The same applies overnight, improving ventilation will help improve sleep quality. #PerformBetter#SleepBetter#LowerCO2#LowerPM25#ventilate#openthewindows#airpurifier#BreatheBetterLiveBetter
Open the windows to lower CO2 levels and turn on air purifiers to reduce PM2.5. t.co/EQY0sNZffS
At home if someone in your household is unwell, the same logic applies, open the windows and turn on air purifiers if you have them. #Ventilate#Ventil8#WorldVentilateDay#Absence#DontBreatheItIn#Airborne#BlowAwayTheGerms#SickOfBeingSick#MaskUp
