It's a part of the watch. It's really cool!

Tourbillons are the rotating cages they put the ticker in to even out the effect of gravity, so you get tickticktick, instead of tick, ticktick, tick, ticktick They’re considered luxury now. I bet these are fake, & the movement is quartz regulated (and loses a minute a day)

It's mentioned above that the tourbilon is the spinny thing on some watches, but there's also "billon" which is term for alloys that contains some less than 50% precious metal. The "war nickels" made in the US from 1942-45 were technically billon.

A US "war nickel, identifiable by its unusual color and the mint mark located above Monticello on the reverse (as opposed to on the front). Since nickel was needed as a component for armor plate, the composition of the 5-cent nickel piece* was temporarily changed from 75% copper, 25% nickel to 56% copper, 35% silver and 9% manganese.

*The official name of "that coin with Jefferson on it", as during various periods of US history there have been five-cent silver pieces ("half dimes") and three cent nickel-pieces (useful when that was the price of a first-class stamp).
