Problem is the developers sell all risk when they sell the houses, so their incentive is skewed toward v short term profit, and federal flood insurance spreads a lot of that risk across all taxpayers - even those of us smart enough not to buy at sea level. Flood insurance premiums are too low.
It’s much easier if you outsource it to AI-enabled bodbot-avatars. They do all the workouts and then upload over-the-air improved muscle tone while you sleep.
