it's tough. not only because of Film Twitter people that aren't elsewhere (or on social media i'm not on)...but because of Native Twitter, all the Native American accounts I follow...taht aren't here.

I left every home theater nerd I knew in that place. Lots of folks I met there and became in person best friends with but now live cross country. Just not worth it. If you hang on there so will everyone you chat with. Give them a reason to leave, ie a better place to be.
