Further adventures in sock knitting. After things going disastrously wrong repeatedly, I gave up with the black yarn and had a go with this instead. It was much easier to see what was going on and fix mistakes as I made them. I hope when I knit the pair I won't have to fix as many mistakes!
I got screeched at by an older lady in Italy for going in a cubicle marked for men once. Hasn't stopped me, even though she was pretty terrifying! I just check around for angry Italian ladies first.
I've been in ladies loos and seen some really gross stuff particularly around sanitary towel disposal. The idea that there's exactly one gender with disgusting people seems really weird to me - there are clean tidy folk and disgusting gross slobs of any and all genders.
Just over a week until I go on my holidays to Italy. I had a carbonara ready meal for tea tonight. So exciting to think that 9 days from now I'll be able to buy my pasta ready meals in an /Italian/ supermarket!!!
Yeah toilets are supposed to smell bad, so the rest of the world can smell nicer in comparison
I know boys smell of wee and poo. It's how I know I'm non binary, because I don't have cooties and I smell great!
Is there any good reason in the world why single occupancy toilets should have gendered signs on the door? Why have one gents and one ladies when you could just have two TOILETS?
Hey girls, hey boys...
