Hahahaha the cops made it up and he really was just a sov cit weirdo! You haven’t lived until you’ve seen the lawsuit filed by the sov cit guy against the cops who roughed him up the tenth time they pulled him over for not having a registered vehicle.

When I was a law clerk in Oregon in the late ‘90s, I did an appellate case with one of these dudes and MY GOSH did he have arguments. “You didn’t serve me with notice because my name now has a comma in it and you didn’t have the comma.” Hoo boy. “You can’t make me have a driver’s license,” etc.

So how does a guy like this register to vote?
