Imagine having the resources, analytics and telemetry of Microsoft and forcing a background update to a piece of software that's guaranteed to crash any and all production applications using it
A lot of that comes down to *how* the person is doing the recording (angle and position relative to mic, using plain water to wash out mucus from the mouth before speaking, etc) But failing that it's not much extra editing time cleaning up mouth sounds, you really just need to do it during pauses
