You don’t even need the solar/wind generation and substation battery storage as part of a rail system, when your entire electric grid is converting to those technologies at a stunning pace!

Normally I would agree, but even though California is close to the size of Japan we don't have a proper state run electrical grid. We need to take the grid back from the private corps and build things out properly. We cannot mandate epower by 2030 while having constant flex alerts
