Ooooh, exciting 🙌 I'm still waiting on my copy because apparently the book sold out and was on back order, which I'll take as a good sign!
Absolutely, I wrote about exactly that in a recent chapter. And this particular person (black redacted) is also a prime example of that, they like to "just ask some questions" about nazi archaeology and related, and has been a multi-time guest on Info Wars
Three days later, when black redacted is back to their narrative about trees damaging the site. Not out of genuine concern for the site, but to support their narrative that archaeologists are engaged in deliberate destruction of sites to hide [insert whatever truth]. Narrative overpowers facts. 3/3
They had a conversation whereby black redacted claimed they wanted to get their facts straight, and blue redacted offered additional information about trees and the earthen-mounds to help them. By the end, black redacted seemed satisfied with what they had learned. Until. . . 2/
That would be great! I was actually thinking of Black Trowel as I was typing 😊
It would be super cool, imo, if folks collaborated on a thing that was basically like, "this is why fash like arch, this is how they use it, this is what you can do to try to prevent that from happening to your work, this is what to do if it happens to you, etc." Almost like a little guidebook!
Supremacism can’t be fact-checked because that belief is not reached due to being confused about reality, but by a desire for power over other people. Truth is an imposition to be discarded. Lies exist not to deceive, but to give closure for pre-arranged ideas about the proper order of society.
October 16th I shall come to the archaeological community and beyond for strength during what will undoubtedly be such trying times 🙏
Initial thoughts: CRINGE (but also LOL) for the 2nd season to be called "AA: The Americas," after reading the interview SAD seeing Keanu Reeves participating 😭 INTERESTING that the stigmatized knowledge rhetoric has been toned down in the trailer 🤔
LOL bold move!
