Keiko Ishikawa-O'Brien and Garak from Star Trek DS9 thrifting for old clothes together. Keiko is surprised that Garak would enjoy it since he has actual standards, and Garak answers that he's hunting for the ugliest things he can find to upcycle the fabric from for a Quark jacket.
