For sure. Literally all of my work with other people for the last at least ten years of my life has been in frameworks. My personal website? Yeah, it's bare HTML, CSS, and Vanilla JS. Because I like playing with those things. But the pros for frameworks in pro teams hugely outweigh the cons.
When working on chrome we did a study and found that very few devs (~2%?) donât use frameworks. These devs are less likely to use any other tools, and most work alone. In other words: hobbyists and dabblers Frameworks are an integral part of the web platform. Silly to compare them to a cybertruck
