Ah just realised that won't work for UK. But I do find in general that Twitter customer service reps for any org are good at directing one to the right place.

I had a problem and asked their Twitter support people. They said use this link www.amazon.com/hz/contact-us/ and select 'something else'. Got there quite quickly.

I read L&J as part of a brilliant OU short course on Practical Thinking. It was dropped after a couple of years. Happened to meet John Naughton who was involved with it soon afterwards and told him it was the best course I'd ever done. He said it had one of their highest-ever drop-out rates. 🙄

Few specialist reporters indeed, hence the need to take out more substack subscriptions than I have time to read.

I updated the app, and also had to reboot my phone before it appeared. You know you have the right version of the app when you see a party hat on your screen.

I worked for BA in various locations at Hatton Cross for many years. When the tube to LHR opened we all trooped out to see the Queen open it. She waved rather glumly at us as she swept past but her face lit up when she got out of her car and saw a party of schoolkids waiting for her.

Yes it has. Though I enjoyed the timely 'Yes Minister' clip on smoking bans that someone posted just now.
