My novelette "Gabriella" (Space & Time Magazine 1995) has a sword bisexual woman. Inspired by Oscar of The Rose of Versailles. Who, for all I know, is a sword bisexual woman (there are like a zillion episodes in manga and anime, speaking of which, ditto for Revolutionary Girl Utena).
The Heralds Keren, Ylsa, and Sherrill from Mercedes Lackey's Arrows of the Queen trilogy (unless you want them all alive at the end, which one of them isn't). Her Tarma/Kethry are cishet. Someone ask @christopherrowe.bsky.social about sword lesbians, he may have some examples from sword & sorcery.
